A formally trained chef, Don Carlos Andrade spent nearly two decades carving bronze and stone and has been creating heirloom-quality culinary tools at his shop in southern California for over ten years.
A focus on clean, simple designs, balance and blade geometry, each of Don’s knives is a product of his experience cooking in fine dining kitchens. In a home studio where high-performance knives are created in ‘sacred space,’ the intention of Don’s meditative approach to his craft is to inspire people everywhere to spend time in their kitchens preparing real food with the people that matter to them most.
